Gina Hsu (Dungshih Taichung, Taiwan) studied Industrial Design at Shih-Chien University, Taipei (TW) and pursued a Masters degree at the IM Master Programme of the DAE, Eindhoven (NL).
In her relatively short, but very active design career she participated in a great number of design projects and her work was on display at various occasions. Currently she acts as lecturer at Shih Chien University, at the Department of Industrial Design, and works as project manager for "Dong Hai Hospital Design Studio".
Hsu participated in the arts and design fair, "Beautiful Chaos" at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, was curator for Taiwan Designers Week’s “City Yeast” project, and participated with “Yii” at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, Milan and Maison&Objet, Paris.
Her work was nominated for several Taiwanese awards and is marked by a devoted attitude towards the design proces but also full engagement in planning and bussiness related aspects.
